Section 22
Must use domestic airport
: (1) When the licensee sends workers for foreign employment, he must use the domestic airport.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if the worker has to be sent using a foreign airport for reasons such as unavailability of plane ticket to send the worker from the domestic airport, the approval of the department must be obtained.
(3) According to sub-section (2), when going outside Nepal to use a foreign airport after taking the approval of the department, registration must be done as prescribed at the immigration office of the departure point.
